Hmm criticism, eh?
I would point out how incomplete the lines for the blanket is. The color just bleeds out and doesn't continue the same contour as the blanket either.
I would prefer cleaner finish, but that's just me.

0_o When he's lying down, it looks like his hair pops out of his head. The whole head is outta place, it looks worse than my dad's. XDD;; When you make the head, you want to get it JUST right. ^-^ I don't get this perfect all the time...
Okay, so when you make the head, draw the whole face all the way to the forehead. Then, you make a circle that can fit into the forehead like the ice cream going into an ice cream cone. Make sure the circle is almost all spheric.
Also, his ear is way too close to his eye, and it's almost perfectly level to his eye. You need to higher it and bring it to the right a few.
See where you ended the jaw line? the ear needs to start right by it, but above the line just a bit so the ear isn't too low, but make it so it's a little bit above the eye.
And you need to round his back some more and put the arm a bit forward too, so the position looks comfortable. Just a suggestion to the second part. XD
You need to make some ripples in the pillow around his head, as well. The blanket's good, but try to 'outline' his body in the blanket so it looks like the covers are resting around him by shading it, which I see you did just a bit.
